Students release helium-filled balloons to celebrate the grand opening of Ecole Ducharme, a new pre-kindergarten to Grade 12 Francophone school in Moose Jaw. The Canada-Saskatchewan Auxiliary Agreement to construct and renovate the school was signed in March of 2005.
